About Us

The Salt Lake County Democratic Party is the official governing body of the Democratic Party of Salt Lake County.  We work with the Utah State Democratic Committee and represent over 60,000 registered Democrats and a population of 1,029,655 in 16 cities and townships.

Supporting the Salt Lake County Democratic Party is the single most effective step you can take to continue leading our cities and state in a new direction.  By working to regain our control of the Salt Lake County Council, elect more Democrats to the State Legislature, reelect President Obama we can keep our country moving forward.
