2026 Nominating Convention
How do I register for Convention?
There is no pre-registration for Convention delegates. Registration will be done the morning of Convention.
For delegates and precinct officers who would like to participate virtually, we will send a virtual registration form via email the morning of Convention. You must fill out the registration form via email by 11:30AM on May 3rd to participate in Convention virtually. Once you have filled out the form you will receive the Zoom link for Convention and after voting opens you will receive your electronic ballot for the appropriate contested race(s).
In-person registration will completed during check-in at Highland High School starting at 8:00AM.
Can't attend Convention in person?
Delegates who are unable to attend in person may register online starting at 8:00am on Saturday April 11th the day of Convention. This will enable you to receive a virtual ballot for all races you are eligible to participate in. Please refer to the Convention Rules for details on virtual voting once they are finalized, all voting will be held electronically. Balloting will be open for a minimum of 30 minutes for each race. While we make every effort to make virtual ballots available to delegates, we cannot control the internet, spam folders, or other unforeseen technical issues. The best way to guarantee your vote is to show up in person.
