The 2025 Utah Legislative Session starts in one week! With the session starting so soon we want to ensure you know how to get involved and make a difference.

How to Make a Difference:

Use the link above to find out who represents you in the Utah State Legislature; click on their images, find their contact information, and reach out.

2. Sign up for Legislative Newsletters

Many great groups put out legislative newsletters and updates. We recommend you follow the Utah House Democrats and Utah Senate Democrats on social media and sign up for the Utah House Democrat's newsletter. Some of the best daily updates come from our friends at Alliance for A Better Utah, and of course, we and the Utah Democratic Party will be sending out frequent updates and emails.

3. Watch For Our Calls To Action

Throughout the session, we will periodically put out call-to-action emails and social media posts on how to support/oppose important bills. Be on the lookout for these CTAs and how to show up and make your voice heard.

 4. Be ready to Act

The Legislative Session runs very quickly, and bills are often introduced and brought to a vote in just a few days. That's why we need to be on our toes and ready to act quickly.

Thank you in advance to everyone who takes the time to get involved during the 2025 Legislative Session. Your participation is invaluable.

We are also working hard to elect more Democrats in Salt Lake County. If you want to help us, please contribute a few dollars today to support the Democratic candidates who will run for office in Salt Lake County this year.
